Innoviti’s diverse product ecosystem is demonstrating strong market performance with the company’s online Payment Link solution experiencing a 10 percent month-over-month growth rate.

Innoviti originally engaged Woden to establish a unified narrative framework to successfully enter mid-market retail and online payment channels. Through crafting their StoryKernel, Woden defined Innoviti’s unique view on modern commerce: the moment of purchase must simultaneously benefit the bank, the brand, the merchant, and the customer.

“We have seen the strategic positioning Innoviti enjoys in the Indian enterprise retail space, and are excited to support their growth journey as they make inroads into mid-market retail and online spaces,” said Arihant Patni of the Patni Family Office.

To help the company implement this framework, Woden hosted a StorySeminar to map out tactical messaging recommendations for India’s rapidly evolving digital payments landscape. While competitors focused solely on user convenience, the StorySeminar established that Innoviti must position itself around shared success for all stakeholders.

By refining Innoviti’s distinct B2B audience journey, the seminar demonstrated that while the platform serves banks, brands, and merchants alike, tailored messaging directly to the merchant is the critical first step to ensuring the best experience for the end consumer.

With this new funding, Innoviti continues to leverage its narrative to amplify the power of collaborative commerce, turning the checkout counter from a simple transaction point into an engine of shared growth for every stakeholder involved.
