StoryEngine uses strategic narrative your team tells the same, clear story to everyone they meet.
Woden, the global leader in brand storytelling strategy, announced today the launch of StoryEngine, the first AI tool that ensures a company tells the same, consistent story to the market.
StoryEngine uses Woden’s proprietary StoryKernel framework as a context layer that, unlike standard AI tools, eliminates narrative drift. StoryEngine leverages a company’s existing resources, the content Woden has created for them, and training on Woden’s methodology to create outputs that align teams with the brand’s narrative and strategy.
Even teams with a clear story face narrative drift when sellers improvise and marketers rewrite the story constantly. The result is disjointed messaging that confuses buyers and a team that can’t get on the same page.
Woden’s proprietary StoryKernel methodology has been proven for over a decade with more than 300 brands to deliver this alignment. StoryEngine uses frontier AI models to deliver the context that keeps teams consistent: the clarity of the StoryKernel, compelling messaging, and client-specific storytelling applications developed by Woden.
StoryEngine puts that narrative at each employee’s fingertips, transforming all of them into the brand’s best storyteller.
“Our clients rely on the StoryKernel to ensure their value is clear to buyers, their team, and more,” said Ed Lynes, Woden’s Founder and Chief Storyteller. “StoryEngine eliminates narrative drift to guarantee that the value remains clear and consistent, any time, any where, at a fraction of the cost associated with legacy coaching models.”
StoryEngine uses frontier AI models to coach users the same way a Woden storytelling expert would. Each strategy, content output, and dialogue generated by StoryEngine is consistent with a brand’s StoryKernel, and uses the content in the client’s StoryGuide, plus the entire repository of their own internal knowledge, to keep storytelling consistent in even the largest, most complex organization. Trained outputs include go-to-market content, sales enablement materials, and more, all generated with the brand’s specific story as the foundation.
Woden’s Director of Storytelling, GianPaolo Guercio, observes, “What makes StoryEngine so powerful is the strategic narrative it uses as context, enabling brands to deliver storytelling for their customers that is consistent, clear and memorable.”
StoryEngine is available to all Woden clients via their digital StoryGuide immediately. An MCP that allows for direct integrations with Anthropic’s Claude will be released later in 2026.
