Woden Client Prism.fm has raised $5 million in Series B funding led by Frontier Growth.
Prism.fm provides a platform that brings venues, agencies, and promoters together into a single, unified system to manage live events.
Founder Matt Ford engaged Woden to find a way to present the advantage of an all-in-one promoting platform to venue operators in a crowded and fragmented marketplace.
Woden crafted their StoryKernel to position Prism’s product as a way to alleviate the operational stress of running a venue. By reframing the technology around the promoter’s experience, the story shifted from simple management software to a tool that allows creators to focus on what matters most, booking more shows and ensuring live music thrives.
“We have seen unprecedented growth after supporting the live music industry during the pandemic,” says CEO Matt Ford. “We will continue to stand with the industry and grow our product to help live music thrive.”
Woden developed Prism’s StoryGuide to translate this reality for the market, and ensure every promoter and venue operator can deliver a live event experience that amplifies their unique expertise while democratizing the live music marketplace.
With this new funding, Prism continues to use its narrative to amplify the connection between artists, promoters, and the fans who make the live music community possible.
