Woden client ABCO Systems was acquired by Element Logic to broaden its diverse technology portfolio and serve as a full-spectrum automation partner to drive customer success.
ABCO Systems provides material handling solutions, specialized in designing racking, pick mezzanines, and shelving systems, while expanding into entry- and mid-level automation.
CEO Seth Weisberg engaged Woden to uncover their StoryKernel. Material handling solutions is an increasingly complex market, and Weisberg recognized that ABCO lacked a differentiated story.
Woden crafted their StoryKernel by leaning into the complex, shifting market experienced by logistics professionals. By placing ABCO’s customer as the hero of their story and positioning ABCO role as the mentor that can show them how to navigate this change, the narrative shifted away from mere equipment toward material handling operations designed with a unique blend of efficiency and resiliency.
“Element Logic and ABCO create a unique company within the industry,” said Weisberg. “Very few systems integrators have the ability to implement a full turn-key solution… Element Logic now has the ability to do individual solutions or an entire greenfield solution.”
Woden developed ABCO’s StoryGuide to translate this reality for the market, ensuring every facility owner can deliver a distribution experience that amplifies their unique operational capacity while ensuring they get the most out of their storage space.
With this acquisition, Element Logic is preserving the ABCO Systems brand and story, using its narrative to amplify the resilience of logistics teams so they are never overwhelmed by operational bottlenecks.
