Woden client Streamline Health, a revenue foresight platform, announced its acquisition by MDaudit for $37.4 million.

According to Streamline CEO Ben Stilwill, the merger will allow the combined company to build “a broader platform that reflects the reality of today’s revenue cycle: distributed teams, disconnected data, and immense responsibility. Together, we’re delivering foresight and action; not just reports or alerts.”

Streamline first engaged Woden in November, 2024. In a review of the project, Stillwill notes “We wanted to simplify the way our brand shows up in the market, including clarifying various differentiators and our position within the market.”

Through the StoryKernel process, Woden developed a strategic narrative to achieve that goal. Where competitors (and before engaging Woden, Streamline) emphasized incremental gains in revenue to hospitals, Woden tied the unique aspects of Streamline’s RevID and Evaluator platforms to a new category: “revenue foresight.”

Streamline developed a story of change built on certainty for its customers. Through the StorySeminar and an integrated sales kickoff, Woden was able to train Streamline’s go-to-market team to use this new framing to draw buyers towards a new problem, and integrate the story with powerful forecasting tools inside Streamline’s SaaS products.

Alongside Streamline’s sales and go-to-market teams, Woden helped deploy the story to new and existing opportunities. Within 45 days, Streamline closed a significant new opportunity using the content in the StoryGuide—and the brand has since completely reframed its story across the buying journey to build urgency and draw in new buyers.

Streamline Health was publicly traded (NASDAQ: STRM), and the all-cash acquisition represented a 138 percent premium over the company’s share price.
