We’re hiring a Senior Brand Storyteller who will work alongside a Team Lead to deliver the first three phases of our engagement. You’ll do research and interviews, help develop the client’s StoryKernel (strategic narrative), craft their Messaging Hierarchy, and create the strategy and messaging needed to attract right-fit buyers across the entire customer journey.

This role has the expectation to grow into a Team Lead in nine-to-twelve months. You’ll be expected to mentor newer members of the team and take on Team Lead responsibilities when needed. We’re a small and growing team, and yours will be an impactful voice that drives client outcomes, growth, and new ideas at Woden.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research in a variety of industries and verticals, with an emphasis on B2B companies
  • Develop critical analysis of key takeaways on trends, messaging, and brand differentiation
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with clients, from CEOs and founders to our client’s customers and strategic partners
  • Write targeted sales and marketing messaging, buyer personas, product messaging, and strategic brand content
  • Be the right-hand of your Team Lead: become a trusted collaborator, sounding board, and take on Team Lead responsibilities when needed
  • Attend and present work in client calls and client deliveries, both virtual and in-person
  • Participate and contribute in brainstorms and project meetings
  • Join and contribute to cross-functional internal teams to drive Woden’s growth, product, or culture initiatives

  • 2-5 years of professional post-collegiate experience

Compensation and benefits

$57,000 plus incentive bonuses based on client 5-star reviews on your work (up to $8,000-$12,000 annually). A promotion path is expected in 9-12 months.

Woden is recruiting a Strategic Narrative Consultant to own and lead our StoryAccelerator product.

StoryAccelerator is a platform for operating an essential brand by leveraging active storytelling tools to tell a brand’s story at scale. This includes client collaboration to perfect go-to-market strategy, change management, and accountability to execution that transforms buyers into believers. You’re a good fit for this role if you’re a creative problem problem-solver, comfortable working directly with C-Suite clients, and can thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Consulting: Provide regular coaching and guidance to clients, focusing on internal change management and external go-to-market practices.
  • Quarterly Calibration: Strategic planning and goal setting for continuous growth, creating perfect alignment between our client’s objectives and go-to-market efforts.
  • Change Management Support: Develop internal rollout plans, aligned with Woden’s philosophy and methodology, that guide organizational implementation of client’s strategic narrative.
  • Story-aligned content generation: Enable go-to-market messaging that layers a bespoke AI tool to deliver client-specific, narrative-centered content development.
  • Exclusive Programming: Ongoing content only for StoryAccelerator clients, carefully curated to support their go-to-market effort.

About You

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B consulting, change management, or relevant strategic/creative client-facing role
  • You have excellent written, phone, and presentation skills
  • You’ve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at once
  • You’re creative and solve problems with a story-driven mindset
  • You’re excellent at building trust and rapport with clients
  • You can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peer
  • You’re attuned to client needs and pay attention to detail
  • You’re dynamic and agile; change doesn’t throw you off your game
  • You have a builder mentality, and want to put your stamp on creating something huge

Compensation and benefits

Base salary of $78,000 plus incentive bonuses ($12,000+ annually)
