Woden is recruiting a Brand Storyteller to join our Client Success Team.

The Brand Storyteller works alongside a team of Wodenworkers to deliver the first three phases of our engagement. You’ll complete research on our client’s business, their market, and their competitors, as well as conduct interviews, help develop the client’s StoryKernel (strategic narrative), craft their brand pillars, and create the strategy and copy they need to put it into practice.

You’ll work on a team of three under the direction of an Engagement Team Lead, supported by a Senior Brand Storyteller, and report directly to the Director of Storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research with ability to form critical analysis of key takeaways on trends, messaging, and differentiation
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with clients, from CEOs to our client’s customers and strategic partners
  • Write story-driven sales pitches, product messaging, and business content that aligns with client’s story and style
  • Peer-edit copy and design
  • Attend client calls and virtual deliveries, contributing to client-facing presentations and discussions
  • Participate and contribute in brainstorms and project meetings
  • Collaborate with senior brand storytellers, team leads, directors, business development, and designers to meet client objectives
  • Join and contribute to cross-functional internal teams to drive Woden’s growth, product, or culture initiatives

Compensation

$50,400 plus incentive bonuses based on client 5-star reviews on your work. A promotion path is expected in 9-12 months.

Woden is recruiting for an Account Executive. The AE helps lead our business development team to generate new clients for Woden. With the support of a marketing lead and under the leadership of Woden’s managing partner, you’ll engage with prospective clients at the executive or founder-level, learn about business’ pain points, and consult with them on how strategic narrative transform them into an essential brand and help them build an efficient customer journey.

A good AE at Woden has some experience in outbound but is looking to transition into a more full-cycle sales role. Our client development process is highly consultative—we’ll look to you to account plan, develop relationships, and source some pipeline of your own. There’s additional opportunity to help manage existing clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Nurture warm leads with relationship-driven and consultative approach over a six-to-eight week sales cycle
  • Prospect outreach, including a mix of cold calling, email, Linkedin, and warm outreach methods
  • Build account plans—including identifying and cultivating buyer committees and cost of inaction analyses—and execute them using Hubspot
  • Create and send short business analysis videos to warm leads
  • Conduct and prepare for introductory/discovery calls and analysis/demo meetings
  • Interface with and discuss Woden and the value of strategic narrative with founders and C-level executives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the creative team to generate new opportunities, approaches, and awareness among prospective clients in all stages of sales funnel

About You

  • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience; you’ve been a BDR and AE
  • You and experience selling technology, software or complex products/services with C-Suite buyers
  • You have experience contributing to a consultative sales process
  • You’re a strong writer
  • You can work within systems and are organized
  • You communicate clearly and proactively

Compensation

Base annual salary is $73,200

On-target earnings for this role are $166,800—and we expect you to keep growing from there

Woden is recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to own Woden’s growth and marketing efforts. We have a proven messaging framework, established ICP, and buyer personas already in place, and a ton of great content to work with.

We need a resourceful growth marketing manager to get in front of the right audience through the right channels with the right content. You’ll blend strategy with scrappy execution, use data to prioritize, and partner closely with our Managing Partner plus Sales and Client Success. You’re resourceful with a focused budget and energized by measurable impact.

You’re a great fit for this job if you’re creative—but purposeful. At our core we’re storytellers, but clients ask us to apply story to the strategic challenges they’re facing in their business. We’d like to add a team member who’s curious, highly analytical and results-driven, and can see the potential in a brand to become bigger than it is today.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute Woden’s go-to-market plan across the full digital landscape (paid, owned, earned)
  • Manage Woden’s LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads end-to-end
  • Own and execute Woden’s weekly email newsletter and nurture programs in HubSpot• Build brand awareness and outreach campaigns
  • Manage and evolve Woden’s website, including implementing SEO best practices and high-intent content, and managing G4 Analytics
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and partners for video and email marketing, among others
  • Own Woden’s social proof strategy, including managing Woden’s Clutch page, case studies, testimonials, and LinkedIn presence

About You

  • 3-4 years of B2B marketing with hands-on campaign ownership and measurable pipeline impact
  • You’re proficient in Hubspot (email, automation, lists), GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience marketing for high-ticket B2B services preferred
  • You have a working knowledge of Google Adwords and Linkedin Ads
  • You have familiarity with AI tools such as Clay or Telescope
  • You’re a strong writer who can repurpose long-form content into high-performing ads, emails, and posts
  • You’re dynamic and agile; change doesn’t throw you off your game
  • You have a builder mentality, and want to put your stamp on creating something huge
  • You’re an analytical operator who’s comfortable with experimentation, tracking, and tying work to revenue impact
  • You must live in the Philadelphia, PA area and are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Base annual salary is $66,000

Incentive bonuses for this role are $12,000+ annually
